Protecting Road and Rail Where Graffiti Targets Most

Road and rail infrastructure offers large, prominent surfaces where taggers build status and peer recognition. TagShield transforms these highly sought-after canvases into unsuitable surfaces, stripping away the appeal and reducing vandalism before it starts.

Graffiti Thrives on Visibility

Purpose-built cladding for every zone

While accessible areas are hit most often, harder-to-reach zones also attract taggers seeking status. TagShield offers cladding solutions designed to protect every zone.

Graffiti Risk Zones Explained

Not all tagging happens at ground level. Understanding how vandals access different heights, helps identify where protection is needed most.

Zone 1

Zone 1 ground level areas are the most accessible for graffiti. Taggers at this height use spray cans and markers, making these surfaces the most commonly targeted zones.

Zone 2

Above ground level is zone 2, where graffiti is commonly applied using extension rollers. This typically occurs when highly visible lower level surfaces have already been tagged, causing taggers to work higher up the wall.

Zone 3

Zone 3 is the most difficult to access and is typically targeted using fire extinguishers or high powered water guns to spray paint onto walls. In some cases, taggers may also use abseiling methods to gain access.

How Tagshield Cladding Works

At 1m square and up to 140mm deep, each panel contains numerous channels, complex shapes and angles that disrupt the defacing process and cause graffiti paint to lose structure, making it illegible.
